Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the business
• Coordinate schedules for sports activities
• Ensure safety protocols are always followed
• Communicate with parents regarding bookings and queries
• Assist in planning and organising events
• Handle administrative tasks such as database and data entry
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
• Help update and develop our social media channels
• Social media promotions
• Delivery observations and feedback notes
• Safeguarding
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with children or sports sector a bonus
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database / website management
• Over 18 years old
• Available to work during the school holidays
• Be a UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID’s
